A Day in the Life of a CRMG Operations Manager
The CRMG Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall daily functions of the office, ensuring maximization of workflow, including but not limited to staff and patient scheduling, patient experience, supply and inventory management. Directly assists CRMG leadership in executing and addressing day to day operational needs of clinics.

Here is What You Will Be Doing:
- Serves as the daily point of contact for clinic.
- Oversees day to day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflows.
- Coordinates with clinic leadership on all issues related to quality patient care and efficient utilization of staff and resources.
- Establishes and maintains strong communication with all staff and providers in the clinic.
- Hires and supervises staff, assigns and schedules work, monitors work performance, and handles personnel operations including recruitment, retention, performance reviews, disciplinary action, dismissals, vacation, and time management.
- Oversees ordering and maintenance of clinic supplies and inventory.
- Serves as the initial contact for investigating and resolving patient complaints or billing inquiries.
- Implements and monitors policies and procedures in accordance with Cheyenne Regional strategy and standards and federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
- Performs payroll and assist leadership with budget responsibilities.
- Participates and leads ongoing process improvement efforts.
- Escalates issues and concerns to clinic leadership as needed.
- Adheres to established leadership competencies, service standards and reinforces excellence in those standards with subordinates.
- Participates in system wide leadership activities and initiatives.

Here is What You Need:
- Associates degree or higher and two (2) or more years of healthcare experience.
- OR, Five (5) or more years of outpatient healthcare experience
- Two (2) or more years of healthcare leadership or management experience.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in medical office administration
- Experience, knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
- Customer Service Experience
