Day-time Counter Bar Servers are responsible for:
- Must be self-motivated as this position works autonomously on many shifts
- Must have good leadership skills as this position is acting MOD for shifts
- Operating the Cash Register
- Opening or Closing the Restaurant
- Turning on Equipment & Making Breakfast Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, & misc snack-stand items before Kitchen Staff Arrives
- Checking current stock levels of product
- Assisting customers with orders "On The Turn"
- Fast-Casual Table Service
- Opening Beers, Pouring Wines, & Making Basic Mixed Cocktails (willing to train the right candidate!)
- Preparing for upcoming events, including inventorying, setting, or coordinating with other leadership roles
- Assisting with restaurant manager in the the day to day oversight & operation of the resaurant
- Opportunities to grow into management/leadership positions in other areas of our company
Make $15 an hour PLUS TIPS!
Applicant will also be trained for Beverage Cart Attendant Position
Skills :
- Basic math skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Knowledge of various alcohol and cuisines

Qualifications :
- Must be able to drive and operate a golf cart properly
- High school diploma or age 18 and up, working towards high school diploma
- Must be Tip Certified within 30 days of hire date
- Follow health department regulations
- Check ID’s to ensure minimum drinking age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages are met
- Address a supervisor is a guest is severely intoxicated
- Prior experience in food-serving establishment or bev cart is helpful
- Ability to learn a menu, answer questions provided by the guests, and provide recommendations (will include ingredients and potential food allergies)
- Inform customers about daily specials
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Capable of working in the heat and sun for extended periods of time
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Dedicated to on-time arrival for shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry cases of alcohol and food
- Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
