Our company, CHF, is a renowned designer and manufacturer of fashion and innovative bedding, bath, window coverings, and accessories. We operate globally with teams based in China, India, Pakistan, and the Philippines.
We have an immediate opening for an Associate Designer in our Bed/Bath Division, located in Irvington, NY. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days in the office, working collaboratively with our Design Team.
Design Responsibilities
- Develop original and saleable designs across multiple product categories for Soft Home, including bedding, shower curtains, decorative pillows, throws, etc.
- Stay informed about key trends, social media, and customer needs that are essential to our group.
Key Tasks and Deliverables
- Support the Design Team by providing design assistance and expertise across various categories.
- Demonstrate flexibility in juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Present design concepts and prepare for sales meetings.
- Develop technical packs and specifications based on design direction.
- Communicate effectively with overseas offices and mills regarding product developments.
- Review and provide feedback on submissions from overseas teams.
