Workplace Flexibility:
To meet customer demands, flexibility is essential. You may be required to cross-train in various warehouse roles and assist in areas where additional help is needed. Overtime will be scheduled and mandatory as required to maintain smooth operations and meet customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing and Customer Support
- Process and update customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer and consumer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Provide tracking information for orders, including AC/sample orders.
2. Portal Maintenance and Inventory Management
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on customer portals.
- Update and maintain blanket inventory feeds.
- Support operations for customers as assigned.
3. Returns and Discrepancy Management
- Process returns in customer portals and ensure accurate uploads.
- Investigate and resolve price discrepancies, generating daily reports as required.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Generate and distribute the Order Status Report multiple times daily.
- Prepare weekly Blanket Availability Reports and Licensor Inventory Reports.
- Maintain logs on the shared drive.
5. Administrative Support
- Serve as a backup for switchboard operations
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Loris Managers to streamline processes.

- Flexibility to work full-time hours, with overtime as required to meet business needs.
