- Remove organs from a deceased donor for transplantation or reconstructive surgery
- Evaluate donor organs (heart, lung, and heart / lung) and organ procurement, including DCD recoveries
- 100% organ procurement; no surgery
- Must have a Virginia medical license (or be able to obtain)
- Open to new and experienced providers
- Currently doing 140 heart and lung transplants annually
