Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Must have an active state license
- Work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with 3-3.5 days per week in clinic and optional surgery time
- 24-hour pager coverage, 6-8 call days per month
- Maintain BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Deliver at least 500 babies per year, with 40 patients per day
- Participate in deliveries
- Possess DEA certification
- Undergo credentialing and privileging processes
