We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team at a top-rated outpatient medical facility in Dorchester, MA. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of the facility, including management of staff and resources
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with our clinical teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in your specialty
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
