Requirements
- An active state medical license
- Board certification in emergency medicine (BC) or board eligibility (BE)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- A minimum of 20,920 patients per year
- The ability to perform trauma level IV procedures and run codes
