The practice operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm and Friday from 7 am to 10 am, providing a great work-life balance without nights or weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a competitive salary, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and a $100,000 loan repayment over 5 years. Additionally, the practice offers a full benefits package, including CME allowance, 37 days of PTO, and 401(k) with 6% employer match.
