The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Locumsmart is looking for a Manger of Scheduling to join our Customer Success/Support department. Scheduling Analyst managers oversee the Scheduling Analyst team who manager the day-to-day interactions and progression of workflow between vendor and facility level contacts. The Scheduling Analysis Manager’s primary objective is to lead and develop their team, while also liaising with other departments inside and outside of the organization to improve upon workflow processes and efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of scheduling analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through one on one’s, team meetings, etc.
- Create personalized metrics for each assigned scheduling analyst based upon level of business assigned.
- Act as first escalation point and adviser for all escalations regarding scheduling, timesheets, or any other Scheduling Analyst responsibility.
- Attend regular vendor meetings for all Healthcare organizations where a scheduling analyst is assigned and communicate content of meeting to assigned scheduling analysts.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and outsourcing partners, ensuring alignment on operational goals and resolving scheduling conflicts effectively.
- Manage and maintain various scheduling tools used by the Scheduling Analyst team.
- Perform consistent checks of LocumsMart system to ensure cleanliness and accuracy for all scheduling analysts.
- Leverage analytical tools and methods to evaluate scheduling performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling, operations management, or a related field, preferably within a VMS or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and foster a high-performance culture.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with outsourcing or third-party partners effectively.
- Proficiency in scheduling and workforce management tools and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in multiple technologies simultaneously.
Education & Years of Experience:
- College level education or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience in healthcare staffing, VMS, or with a locum tenens vendor
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with any of the following technologies:
- Locumsmart Platform
- Trello
- Jira
- Qgenda
- ShiftAdmin
- AMION
- Previous experience with other VMS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400 - $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
