Founded in 2008, Locumsmart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.
Locumsmart is looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. The Data Platform team gathers and enables data throughout the organization to provide insights into all aspects of Locumsmart's business, including enabling data driven capabilities of the Locumsmart SaaS platform. As a Data Engineer on the Data Platform team, you will build ETL processes and data models to support the Technology Team's building of dashboards, reports, and ML / AI platform capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Implement the Enterprise Data Strategy defined by the company
- Analyze, design, develop, and deploy ETL solutions using Fivetran, dbt, and Snowflake
- Develop, package, and deliver new service offerings related to Data and Business Intelligence
- Work with management, data platform architect, report developers, project managers, and product managers to understand and prioritize data and information requirements and deliver in an agile environment
- Participate in testing methodology and criteria

For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400$220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
