The Creative Production Studio Director will oversee the creation, execution, and strategic alignment of multimedia video and production design content across various platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced at leading strong creative vision from planning to final execution. This role will focus on developing and implementing multimedia and production design strategies that align with business and marketing goals to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth while optimizing efficiency and speed. The Creative Production Studio Director reports to Creative Director II and will lead a studio team of internal and external multimedia and production professionals, ensuring that projects are executed with excellence. Although it is not a requirement, candidates local to Salt Lake City area in a hybrid office / remote environment are preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute multimedia content strategy to support marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and internal communications.
Lead, mentor, and develop a studio team of multimedia specialists, copywriters, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Manage production budgets, including costs for equipment, software, outsourcing, and other resources.
Develop and oversee relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure effective and efficient outcomes that maintain the integrity of brands.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $114,300 $276,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level, and experience.
