As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches. As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling our outbound sales team.
You will create and implement effective sales strategies, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and set performance metrics to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Your role will involve hiring and training top talent, managing sales processes, and ensuring the team meets its sales goals. Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize individual and team performance.
Identify and implement best practices to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Ensure sales processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.
Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Keep the team updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Provide feedback on product features and customer needs to inform product development.

For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
