PIC S-61 Pilot

Location: Remote/Austere

Reports To: Chief Pilot

CHI Aviation is seeking a PIC for an S-61 to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to have 1,500 minimum PIC hours.

Job Requirements:

• ATP or Commercial S-61 Helicopter Type Rating with no Limitations, preferred.
• 1500 PIC Rotor Wing Hours, 100 hours last 12 months in category.
• ATP preferred, at a minimum, a Commercial Pilot’s license with Instrument Rating.
• Ability to travel on demand with limited notice to remote locations when required.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to pass a physical assessment at a Combat Readiness Center (CRC).
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

The preferred candidate will have:

• Prior military experience is a plus.
• NVG experience.
• Heavy/Large helicopter experience.
• Experience in a crew environment.
