Job Description
- This is a critical role in our healthcare team, requiring a master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
- You must be currently licensed to practice in Nebraska state.
- Prior experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- CPR certification is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide support and intervention in times of crisis for patients and their families.
- Help physicians and caregivers understand the impact of social, emotional, and economic factors on patients' medical progress.
- Connect patients with essential community resources.
