Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups including well child exams, adolescent exams, sports physicals and adult physicals including pap and pelvic exams. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice on Yankee Hill road in Lincoln, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities

- Outpatient only
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
- 4 or 4 1/2 day work week
- Flexible, independent practice style

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant highly desired
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
Pay Range
$56.36 - $65.76 /hour
Salary : $56 - $66
