Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

Manage Chi’Lantro’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including scheduling and posting content.
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Collaborate with the team to create content ideas that align with the brand.

Content Creation and Support

Create, Manage, and Assist in producing photos, videos, and graphics for digital campaigns.

Curate user-generated content (UGC) and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.

Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Campaign and Event Coordination

Help coordinate local events, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partners.

Support paid advertising campaigns by organizing creative assets and tracking performance.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Administrative Support

Maintain an organized content calendar.

Assist with community outreach and sponsorship requests.

Track expenses and assist in managing the marketing budget.

Customer Engagement

Oversee loyalty and rewards program promotions, ensuring customer retention.

Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Monitor customer feedback and trends, adapting strategies to align with customer preferences.

Advertising and Promotions

Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).

Partner with local influencers and media to generate organic and paid buzz.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Preferred

Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing.

Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Basic video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, iMovie, or Adobe Premiere).
