Who We’re Looking For: A Server
Seattle's favorite Korean fried chicken restaurant is looking for an experienced server who is eager to join our quickly-growing business.
This position is responsible for communicating with front and back-of-the-house team members to provide our guests with a fun, timely, and consistently high-quality experience that will make them fall in love with Chi Mac.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- describing and suggesting food and beverages;
- taking and processing orders;
- ensuring orders are served in a complete and timely manner;
- ensuring guests are satisfied with food and service, and;
- totaling guest bills and accepting payment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment that is respectful of all people (gender, race, sexual orientation, nationality, etc.).
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
One to two years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
Physical:
Must be able to stand and walk for periods of up to four hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
