Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
- Transform data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong data entry experience
- Strong spreadsheet skills and experience working with pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent activities, and balance priorities to meet changing requirements and commitments.
- Comfortable working with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive financial and operational information.
- EPIC EHR experience preferred
Pay Range
$25.18 - $36.52 /hour
