As our Imaging Services Director in our Radiology department at CHI St Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you will oversee all specialized, clerical, administrative, and regulatory operations of the Imaging department. Pay Range
$53.98 - $78.28 /hour

Responsibilities
- You will develop and apply policies, protocols, and procedures to measure and improve the quality of multiple modalities in diagnostic imaging services and patient satisfaction.
- Attend meetings with leadership to learn about new initiatives, budgetary status, areas for improvement, etc., and bring this information back to your staff.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of your department, including budgets.
- Manage diagnostic imaging service activities' safety and create a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, three (3) years of which include experience managing/supervising diagnostic imaging services required.
- Must have demonstrated track record of managing Imaging Services, ideally for a mid-large sized acute care hospital.
- Certified technologist - AR state licensure required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
