As a member of our Sales Team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers by going door-to-door, presenting our services, and building relationships with homeowners. This role offers unlimited upward mobility, with opportunities for advancement to positions such as Setter Manager, Closer, or Area Manager based on your performance. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing development to ensure your success!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Go door-to-door in order to generate leads and set appointments for our closers.
- Work your way up to closing pre-scheduled appointments - there's unlimited upward mobility here!
- Communicate with customers and prospects to ensure that they understand the services necessary to restore their home.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a drive for success.
- Sales experience, though not mandatory; we are willing to teach motivated individuals.
- A self-motivated mindset and exceptional work ethic.
- Comfort with door-to-door interactions and face-to-face engagement.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
