This position will work under the direction of the Div. VP of Philanthropy to successfully grow and maintain a comprehensive major gifts program focused on attracting gifts in excess of $10,000. Managing a portfolio of 100-125 major gift donors and high wealth prospects, the Development Director builds strong relationships and actively develops a major giving pipeline of larger gifts and increased revenue. Raising gifts over $10,000, the Development Director is responsible for an annual goal of $1M . The Development Director will plan and implement capital campaigns supporting the execution of CHI Health's strategic plan and fundraising priorities, along with developing compelling engagement strategies to cultivate, solicit and close major gifts. The Development Director will work closely with other members of the Foundation team, impacted clinical teams and communications / marketing team; work with the Board of Directors.
