We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Camera Person to join our team on Sunday mornings. The Camera Person will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality video footage of our Sunday service livestreams and events. Main focus would be to work on cameras and ideally, if experienced, occasionally directing the live stream production. Sunday services include 3 cameras : multiple speakers, full band and vocalists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for videography, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to excellence in their work. Availability on 2 - 4 Sunday mornings per month (10 : AM) is ideal.
Responsibilities :
- Set up camera equipment before each service or event
- Operate camera equipment during church services and events to capture high-quality video footage
- Ensure proper framing, focus, and lighting for all shots
- Collaborate with the production team to execute creative vision and maintain consistent visual style
- Troubleshoot technical issues with camera equipment as needed
- Tear down camera equipment after each service or event and ensure it is stored properly
- Handle all equipment professionally and with care. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating camera equipment
- To be a team player, assisting where needed to get the job done!
