About the Role
The Chicago Bears are looking for part-time team members to support our Events Department during 2025 Training Camp. This position will span approximately 4-5 weeks from mid-July to mid-August in Lake Forest, Illinois. This position is intended for local students seeking a paid (hourly) part-time summer position in the events industry. We are looking for coachable, self-motivated individuals with a passion to learn more about the planning and execution of NFL fan events. The position is hands-on. Team members will actively contribute to the daily execution of fan facing portions of Training Camp.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the operations, hospitality, and entertainment aspects of Training Camp
- Set up and break down operational equipment and entertainment elements as needed leading up to, during, and after Training Camp
- Monitor assigned area(s) during practice days. This may include fan and vendor interactions within hospitality areas, activation areas and autograph sessions.
- Communicate with management staff when any questions or concerns arise
- Work with a team to deliver helpful, friendly, and professional customer service to enhance the fan experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Currently enrolled in or starting college in fall of 2025 preferred
- Previous experience in events, operations, or customer service preferred
- Must be available to work throughout the entire duration of Training Camp
- Must live or have housing within commuting distance of the Lake Forest area for the entire duration of Training Camp
- Must take initiative, be able to adapt to a variety of situations, and work as a part of a team in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment
- Positive enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, professionalism and ability to work with adults and children is necessary
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, climb up and down stairs, and lift heavy objects (at least 30 lbs.)
- Flexible work schedule to include early mornings, evenings and weekends

COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY PAY
The Event Operations role is a temporary, seasonal position. This position is an hourly role. The expected hourly rate for this role is $17/per hour. Please note, due to job function, regular overtime (paid as time-and-a-half) may or may not be expected.
