We are looking for motivated, dependable, and dedicated interns for summer 2025 and fall 2025. The HR Intern will assist with the daily Human Resources needs.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Currently licensed to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric facility preferred
- Additional Skill Requirements: CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:
This is a flexible Human Resources Intern (HR Intern) that is unpaid. The perfect candidate would be looking for an internship for credit hours with their school.
