Account Executive, Season Sales
The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated individual to become a full-time Account Executive, Season Sales. You will be given the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and sell season tickets, partial plans, group packages, and premium / hospitality via phone calls, face-to-face appointments and events. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales and an excellent teammate willing to help wherever they are needed, including other departments within the organization.
Responsibilities :
As an Account Executive, a large part of your success will come by applying sales and service strategies, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture and database management. Additionally, it will be a priority to provide outstanding customer service to our dedicated and committed fans. More specifically, you are responsible for the following :
- Meet and exceed department and individual sales goals for the organization
- Consistently meet and surpass daily and weekly KPIs including, but not limited to, phone calls and face-to-face appointments
- Regularly maintain a sales pipeline and funnel with the ability to work your lead lists and self-prospected leads in an effective manner
- Game day and event responsibilities including hosting prospects to showcase available inventory
- Participate in weekly and quarterly internal and external sales training programs
- Build and maintain our CRM database with accurate records for current and prospective clients
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits :
The base salary range for this role is $40,000-45,000 annually and is commission eligible. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
