Position Overview:
The Chicago Bulls are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Ticket Representatives to join our Inside Sales Program for the 2024-25 season. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about gaining first-hand experience in the sports industry with a dynamic team. This 9-12 month development program focuses on building the skills needed to become a full menu sports sales professional that will merit consideration for future positions with us or another organization.
We are seeking 10 individuals to fill this program that will begin in June 2024.
Important Note: Our team will be holding 2 recruiting processes over the next 6 months. If you submit your application after 11:59pm CST on Wednesday, November 8th, you will be considered for our 2nd recruiting process, which will begin in early January 2024.
Responsibilities:
As a Ticket Representative, a large part of your success will come by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture and database management. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Solicit new season ticket, group ticket, and premium seating business by telephone, email, in- person and virtual meetings (minimum of 100 touchpoints per day)
- Efficiently manage targeted sales campaigns by adhering to and utilizing established touchpoint process.
- Set up appointments, show seats, and give arena tours with the intent to close business
- Provide excellent customer service to all incoming ticket information calls and current clients over the phone and at games
- Continually build and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
- Represent the organization at season ticket holder events
- Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned (i.e. manage sales table, answer phones, visit clients)
- Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities and maintain computerized records within our CRM system
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Contribute positively to the team's culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
- Provide additional support and assistance interdepartmentally
Qualifications:
You may be a match for this role if you meet the following criteria:
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven sales experience. Experience can include sales internships.
- Desire to be a sales industry leader
- Commitment to personal integrity
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills
- Excellent teammate, with positive energy, who has a desire to learn
- Ability to be coachable and open to constructive feedback
- Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, displays strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to present sales material to potential clients
This role requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work game nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Your compensation package will include an hourly wage, overtime pay, and the opportunity to earn commission along with weekly/monthly bonuses based on performance. Ticket Representatives will be eligible to participate in medical/dental insurance coverage at $0, receive paid sick and holiday time, and receive a monthly stipend for their mobile device.
Complimentary parking and lunch at the United Center is provided daily, and Ticket Representatives will receive complimentary tickets for most home Bulls games.

Salary : $34,600 - $43,800
