Chicago Cardiology Institute is a busy, progressive Cardiology/ Electrophysiology practice with offices in Schaumburg and Oak-Park. We are dedicated to giving our patients the highest level of care possible and continue to offer additional services to support our patients’ health!
We are seeking Patient Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our patients with professionalism and compassion.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephones, scheduling appointments, direct calls to appropriate area.
- Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties.
- Candidate must be able work in a fast pace environment.
Requirements:
- Customer service and phone etiquette are a must.
- EMR experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with various insurance companies helpful.
Successful candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment with compassion, patience, a positive attitude and a smile. Candidates must be computer literate.
Full time position. Gujarati, Hindi, Polish and/or Spanish speaking a bonus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
