Together, we'll continue to set the bar for excellence in dermatology, plastic surgery, and skincare.
The Supervisor of Research works with the research staff and the Directors of Research to oversee the company while performing high-level cosmetic and dermatologic clinical trials, all phases. The supervisor aligns with the strategic goal to transform the practice of clinical research and the operational goal to strengthen clinical trials. CCDR will be a hub to connect study teams to the resources they need within the practice in addition to interacting with sponsors. Provides work direction, education, orientation, and operational problem solving within the work unit on a day-to-day basis and communicates and coordinates activities with management. Ensures completion of contract requirements & client specifications. The position will provide significant input into the development of SOPs and training programs for clinical / research staff. This position works on policies and procedures for the research department to ensure proper conduct of clinical trials. Assists with determining goals, objectives, outcome measurements and metrics, financial feasibility, and collaboration opportunities as it relates to clinical research with other internal and external organizations.
Requirements :
The research manager oversees the research department and all of the studies performed at Chicago Cosmetic and Dermatologic Research; creating, implementing, monitoring, & updating project plans; facilitating meetings with appropriate parties; tracking tasks / deliverables to ensure timelines, milestones & / or goals are attained; monitoring & reporting progress as appropriate; & resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner.
Oversee the staff development and training with updating SOP's as necessary
Oversee the financial details of Chicago Cosmetic and Dermatologic research and collaborate with the financial director
