Scope of Responsibilities :Utilize Visia Skin Care Analysis to sell produc tsRecommend products or new products after reviewing the patient notes to enhance patients results and outcomesEducates patients and staff on the proper use of cosmetic productsResponds to patient questions about retail productsContact patients after product purchase to ensure they have no complications or questionsAddress patient concerns / adverse reactions to esthetic services and / or products , document in patient's chart and notify provider(s)Check out patient, entering charges and collecting paymentsShadow providers in CCSD clinic to maintain knowledge and to ensure recommendations are in line with provider's treatmentAdministrativeReview inventory stock weekly .Physical count of retail products to be performed weekly and monthly. Assist with month end inventory countsSecures merchandise by implementing security systems and measuresMaintain contact information for all sales representativesMerchandising products on shelves and following FIFO to maximize product sales and reduce inventory expirationInventory receiving - label, secure, unpack, stock and add to inventoryAssist with s chedul ing staff training / lunch and learns with product and procedure representatives quarterly to bi-annuallyAssist with u pdat ing the CSS retail portion of the monthly meeting agenda (new product updates, monthly promotions, etc.)Assist with product returns / adverse reactions with sales representativesKeeps abreast of trends in market, share new ideas / products with Retail Store Coordinator / Cosmetic SupervisorBuilding professional relationships in local areas , attending outside marketing eventsP rocess and send online ordersDaily runs to the post office to drop off store orders (1 block away)Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesDemonstrate continuous effort to improve retail operations, and streamline work processesAssists with p repar ation and present ing formal and informal instruction / training to staff membersWork s under the management of Retail Store Coordinator and closely with the Medical Director, Cosmetic Supervisor, and other supervisors to ensure smooth workflowTreat all patients and other staff members with respectAttends all lunch and learns and assigned skincare trainingsMust be present at month end inventory every last business day of the monthMaintains proficient knowledge of all products at CSSOther duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Cosmetic Supervisor, Retail Store Coordinator, and / or physician(s)Re quirements
