Please note this is an onsite position at the client’s Chicago office.
As a Client Support Analyst, you will:
- Technical Support: Provide expert Level 2 support for order routing and trading applications.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure seamless client trading operations.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of equities, options, and futures to support our trading systems.
- Scripting and Development: Leverage your hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and C# to develop and troubleshoot scripts and applications.
- Protocol Management: Apply your deep understanding of the FIX protocol to maintain and enhance our trading infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance system performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience with client and trading application support within the trading industry.
- In-depth knowledge of equities, options, and futures.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and C#.
- Strong understanding and practical application of the FIX protocol.
- Possess or be able to obtain Financial Industry licenses: SIE, Series 3, Series 7, and Series 63
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- This is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.
