As a Risk Analyst, you will provide:
- Risk Monitoring and Assessment: Continuously monitor intraday and end-of-day risk exposure for clients trading futures and derivatives. Evaluate margin requirements and analyze market conditions and their impact on portfolio and clearinghouse risk.
- Margin and Liquidity Management: Ensure that client accounts meet margin requirements and identify potential shortfalls proactively.
- Control Framework Implementation: Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework that adheres to global regulatory standards and conduct periodic reviews of risk models, processes, and systems to identify and address gaps.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to rules and regulations set forth by clearinghouses, exchanges, and governing bodies such as the CFTC or SEC.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Futures Risk Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of futures and derivatives trade execution, margining processes, and clearinghouse operations.
- Expert knowledge of the Futures and Commodities markets.
- Hands on experience monitoring intraday and end-of-day risk exposure.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Python, SQL, or advanced Excel.
- This is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
