SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operation of automatic saw.
- Load 4’ bars into bar feeders
- Unload steel trucks
- Load salt in RO system.
- Collect and report production data using computer equipment.
- Packaging parts.
- Cleaning and deburring parts.
- Cleaning of CNC’s
- Garbage Removal
- Make Boxes
- Empty Chip Bins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Other General Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- General Saw Operation
- Forklift Operation
- Operating Floor Scrubber
- Unloading, measuring, and counting steel bars
- Visual Inspection of Deburred Parts
- Ability to use measuring and inspections tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints, part prints.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Comprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience in manufacturing environment with responsibility preferred or any combination of education, training and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number. Ability to use a calculator.
