POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a key technical and financial resource within the Treasury department. This position will provide support to management for cash flow forecasting, accounting, cash management and other related activities. This position will interact with internal and external stakeholders in connection with depository, disbursement, interbank and other fiscal transaction processing and/or reporting. In addition, provide reporting and analysis for the CHA affiliate entities, including the 501(c)3, 501(c)4 and Pension entities.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
A minimum of five (5) years accounting/cash management/and/or banking experience.
This position also requires strong system skills with proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and computer operations, especially those relating to General Ledger/Banking operations and knowledge of Treasury software and systems. Must have the ability to analyze research and report various types of financial data.
The Analyst must possess the ability to use a computer for spreadsheet and presentation applications. Possess Superior analytical and modeling skills and excellent business judgment with a focus on process improvement. Effective verbal, written, inter-personal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to this position to communicate with senior management and external sources, analyze written materials, and resolve problems. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Director of Treasury/Treasurer.
Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000

Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain long-range cash flow forecasts and related budgets for CHA and CHA LLC
- Performs research, analyzes findings, and assesses the classification of unidentified cash transactions
- Performs cash management operations to include daily cash administration/review and reconciliation of all CHA and CHA LLC corporate accounts
- Quarterly Cash Management and Banking Activity reporting
- Works with other CHA Directors and Managers to accurately forecast timing and amount of future cash flows over the future periods. (Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Development, etc.)
- Maintain HUD mandated Replacement Reserve and Escrow Account balances and transactions for the CHA LLC
- Prepare investment reconciliations across the CHA and related party activities
- Identify and investigate issues related to federal and nonfederal funding sources
- Review cash reconciliations and make necessary adjustments
- Execution and reporting for Electronic receipts and disbursements, and interprogram/interbank funds transfer
- Analyze CHA or related party general ledger for federal and nonfederal revenue and receivable analysis and reporting
- Update and Maintain cash balances in CHA Investment Software Emphasis
- Assists in the preparation of presentations, status reports, etc. regarding various alternative revenue sources
- Provide accurate financial information for all quarterly and yearly Financial Audits in a timely manner
- Assist other departments in the reporting and retrieval of necessary data and perform other duties as assigned
