Requirements and Expectations:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prefer legal related experience with knowledge of immigration law a plus
- Ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent client interaction
- Work with Client management software
- Document and file review
- Typing, Filing
- Using existing system to move clients through process
- Assisting with high call volume
- Screening calls and taking messages
- Scheduling meetings and conferences
- Responding to questions from Clients
- Taking responsibility to get cases ready for attorney review
