What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Litigation Associate Attorney position at Chicago Legal Search?
Our Am Law 100 client is seeking an associate who has 2-3 years of environmental litigation experience. This attorney should have dealt with state and federal environmental laws, including environmental compliance and regulations, environmental transactions, and environmental enforcement and litigation. Experience representing clients regarding sites requiring remedial action under state and federal laws, in particular, CERCLA, is required. This position may be located in the Chicago, Boston, Cincinnati, Dallas, Washington, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Irvine, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Princeton, Tampa or Wilmington office.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
