The Property Project Manager position at CMSS will make a tangible impact in our community. This role is essential as CMSS continues to grow and expand its reach. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our community buildings, grounds, equipment and technology. The position will lead an internal team and manage projects that directly contribute to the well-being of the older adults in our community.

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registration, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Experience in senior services and senior housing preferred.
- Experience and knowledge in understanding older adults is a plus.
- Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license, safe driving record, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Salary : $85,000 - $93,000
