General Responsibilities
- Generate and drive sales of electric guitars. We have additional product categories but guitars is our main one!
- Foster and maintain customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle.
- Complete daily customer outreach to connect the right gear to the right people.
- Work with management to set and achieve goals for establishing, growing and expanding gross sales and margin.
- Serve as the go to person for any customer leads, questions, calls, transactions, and returns related to your product category.
- Optional : Participate in product demonstration videos for our social media and YouTube channels - an opportunity to establish your personal brand as a CME sales representative!
Requirements
Our tech stack includes Netsuite, Shopify, MacOS, and GSuite.
