FT Nanny - JC 0362 - Lakeview - 40/hours weekly

Job Description: Lakeview area family seeking an energetic and experienced Nanny for three children. Start as soon as possible. 

Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week. M-Th, 9:00am-5:30pm, F 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Compensation: $1,125-$1,350/Weekly 3-4 weeks (family-selected) vacation, holidays, 5 PTO days. 

Job Details and Responsibilities:

• Three children: 10-year-old, 8-year-old, and a 11-month-old. The 10-year-old and 8-year-old will attend full-time school. 11-month-old will be home. 
• Primary responsibilities are the day-to-day care of the children; preparing and giving bottles, food preparation when the baby begins solid foods, changing diapers, cleaning up toys, coordinating and monitoring naps, picking up the 9- and 7-year-old children from school and after-school activities, taking the children to parks, zoos, and other planned activities, identifying potential classes, arranging playdates, and providing other developmentally appropriate activities.
• Nanny should be knowledgeable regarding child development and milestones (learning to walk, switching to solid foods, potty-training, etc.).
• Light housekeeping related to the children will be expected: tidying and organizing toys, kid laundry, kitchen clean-up, and keeping track of children’s needs.
• Parents work from home in a separate space, 1-2 days a week. Nanny should be comfortable with this arrangement.
• Nanny should be comfortable working with all three children at the same time.

Qualifications:

• Nanny should have extensive, verifiable Nannying experience. Experience with infants and older children, and managing multiple children is strongly preferred.
• Nanny is looking for a long-term commitment with a family.
• Nanny should be high-energy. They will be active and engaged with the children.
• Nanny should be self-sufficient. Will be able to plan activities and keep track of children’s needs.
• Reliable and communicative. Will make sure to arrive on time each day.
• Driving is required for this role. Family will provide a vehicle.
• TDAP vaccine required. COVID and Flu vaccines preferred.

Salary : $1,125 - $1,350
