Job Description: Willowbrook family seeking a dependable and experienced nanny for an infant.
Compensation: $24-$28/hr. vacation, holidays, and PTO.
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday, 7:00-7:30am-4:00pm (with flexibility on evening hours)

Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Primary care is for an infant (6mo).
- Responsibilities include all care of the child: feeding (bottles and switching to solids when age appropriate—will also make purees), monitoring and facilitating naps, bathing, if needed, developmentally appropriate play with the child, assisting with milestones, changing diapers, and taking to activities/baby classes.
- Nanny should be knowledgeable of infant care and safety.
- Light housekeeping includes tidying and organizing toys, washing/sterilizing bottles, child laundry, vacuuming play areas/children’s rooms.
- Family would like Nanny to be able to assist with meal prep and cooking basic meals 1-2 nights a week.
- Family has two dogs and Nanny should be comfortable with pets and letting the dogs out in the backyard as needed.
- Family has a second Nanny who cares for their older child (5yo). Will only need to care for 5yo if the Nanny is out sick.
- Nanny should have extensive verifiable experience working with infants.
- Nanny should be warm and caring. Will be able to foster a positive relationship with the child and the family.
- Nanny should be self-sufficient. Will be able to plan activities and keep track of children’s needs. Nanny should be pro-active about completing tasks.
- Reliable and communicative. Able to communicate well and be receptive to feedback.
- Nanny should be well-versed and knowledgeable about creating healthy sleep routines, transitioning to solid foods, and child development.
- Driving is needed for the role. Nanny should have a safe driving record and be able to use their own vehicle when needed.
- Flu and TDAP vaccinations are required.
