Full-Time Nanny/House Manager
📍 Location: Winnetka, IL
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, guaranteed 42 Hrs.

Are you an experienced, proactive, and organized Nanny & House Manager looking for a long-term role with a wonderful family? We are seeking a positive, self-sufficient, and highly organized professional who loves children and can effectively manage household responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who can anticipate family needs, take initiative, and collaborate with household staff.

Responsibilities:

Nanny Duties:

• Engage with and care for the 2 school-aged children in a structured yet fun environment.
• Pick up children from school and transport them to after-school activities.
• Prepare children for the next school day, including organizing backpacks, laying out clothes, and preparing snacks.
• Create engaging activities and encourage learning through play.
• Prepare family-style, kid-friendly meals, introducing children to new and healthy foods.

House Manager Duties:

• Organize and maintain closets, pantries, and common areas.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for the employer when traveling.

• Assist in managing household supplies – purchase, restock, and ensure essentials are always available.

• Assist with grocery staples and complete grocery shopping.

• Run errands, i.e., family car to the car wash, dry cleaning, and returns.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Loves children and has prior experience as a nanny and/or nanny manager.
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
✔ Self-sufficient and takes initiative without requiring supervision.
✔ Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a busy family.
✔ Strong communicator and team player who works well with other household staff.
✔ Comfortable around large, friendly dog.
✔ Overnight availability when parents are traveling (optional but preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Compensation: $30 /hr. DOE
🏖 PTO (personal, sick, vacation, and holiday pay)
