Job Description: Family in North Center/Lincoln Square is seeking a part-time Nanny Manager. This person should be responsible, organized, caring, gentle and someone who truly pays attention to and invests time in their children. Start March 2025.
Compensation: $25-$30/hr. (depending on experience) PTO, vacation, sick time.
Schedule: Guaranteed 27.5 hours. Family would like Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-5:30pm, with the possibility of additional hours a few mornings a week.

- The family has 3 young children, ages 7, 4, and 1. All children are in full-time school.
- Childcare responsibilities will include picking up from school, supervising homework, providing snacks and/or dinner. If the children are off school, Nanny Manager will provide care and activities for the day (during Nanny Manager's regular scheduled hours).
- Light housekeeping and organizational responsibilities will vary but may include the following:
- Household errands & grocery shopping.
- Preparing / prepping children's dinner
- Tidying up rooms, making beds, organizing closets, and helping maintain a neat home environment.
- One parent works from home full-time. Nanny Manager should be comfortable with this arrangement.
- Family follows a Kosher diet and Nanny Manager should be comfortable preparing Kosher foods and maintaining a Kosher environment.
- Prior experience as a Nanny Manager or similar role is desired.
- Candidate should drive and have a safe driving record. Nanny should be a safe and careful driver. Family open to providing a vehicle.
- Candidate must be:
- Reliable β will arrive on time each day.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Detail oriented and highly organized. Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, such as preparing meals while managing household chores
- Must have strong communication skills and be open to feedback.
- Nanny Manager who speaks Spanish, Hebrew or Russian is a plus-the family speaks or uses these at home or school!
- TDAP and Flu vaccines required; COVID vaccine Preferred.
