POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on financial leader to help scale our business, drive financial discipline, and enhance operational excellence. This role will be instrumental in overseeing fund accounting, tax compliance, portfolio valuation, investor reporting, and financial strategy—ensuring we remain at the forefront of the healthcare investment landscape.
You’ll collaborate closely with top-tier investors, banks, and equity partners, support M&A activities, and provide financial oversight across a diverse portfolio of high-growth healthcare businesses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and tax compliance to support the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Optimize and oversee financial systems, controls, and disciplined reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financing needs to support the firm’s investments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financing partners, playing a key role in fundraising efforts.
- Oversee portfolio company financials and reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Support M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
- Lead capital calls, distributions, and investor relations, providing strategic financial guidance.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the investment team, offering insight on financial and tax implications of business decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced financial leader with 10 years in fund accounting, financial reporting, and portfolio management—ideally in private equity.
- Hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Exceptional communicator, building credibility with investors, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
