Food and Beverage Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for the food industry, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Support other team members as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who is willing to help others, including assisting in the kitchen when necessary.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays of food.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
