Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Specialist, located in Warrenville, IL. The Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Director of Field Services and is responsible for managing the daily schedule, assisting project managers, serving as an IT liaison, and updating databases & documents. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with CTL management, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and owners/general contractors to enhance quality and profitability across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field technician scheduling and logistics
• Assist in coordinating proposal documents and compliance submittals
• Act as an IT liaison, facilitating communication and issue resolution with 3^rd party company
• Update marketing materials, including resumes
• Maintain and update project-related databases, documentation, and reports
• Provide office communications support by fielding calls, and answering questions 

Qualifications

✅ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments

✅ Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred

✅ Experience: Prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, construction, or a related field
