Client Care Representative
As a valued member of our team, you will work with our residential escrow staff, where you'll find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our escrow processes. From ordering payoff demands to answering phone calls, scheduling notaries, ordering HOA documents, your role will be diverse and exciting.
Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are key to thriving in this role. We're looking for team players who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. If you have a knack for following instructions, retaining information, and following through on tasks, we believe you'll be a perfect fit for our team. Stellar email and phone etiquette are a must.
Responsibilities/Duties (not limited to the following):
- Respond to client inquiries from real estate agents, brokers and lenders in a professional and proactive manner
- Familiar with state specific requirements
- Obtains clear title by reviewing title reports, resolving title defects, satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals
- Reviews lender requirements for providing the initial items like commitment, CPL’s, wire instructions, 24-month chain, prelim CD and seller authorization to sign for LLC, Trust, Estate, Corp.
- Schedules closings by reviewing title commitment to ensure file is clear to close
- Provides support to the Escrow department
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain Indiana Title License
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain Indiana Notary
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of title software desired, Softpro Select preferred.
- Understanding of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
- Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow and title process.
- Detailed oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
- Financial and documentation skills.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
