Duties
Candidate will assist Escrow Closers with the real estate closing process from opening orders, sending out title work, reviewing and processing closing document packages for recording to preparing invoices, processing title insurance premium and typing policies.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Experience with closings and preparing/revising title commitments, proformas and policies is a plus.
