Overview
Fidelity National Financial - Florida Agency Commercial Services is seeking a full-time Commercial Escrow Officer responsible for effectively managing real estate transactions in the Tampa, Florida office.
Duties
Establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlement in accordance with established policies and procedures. Acts as a neutral liaison between parties, adheres to company policy, exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
Requirements
High School diploma. College and/or Real Estate Paralegal experience a plus.
Experience
Minimum 2 years as an Escrow Officer.
Additional Information
Must live in the Tampa Bay Florida area in order to work from the Tampa office. Work with a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer.
Communication and Organizational Skills, team player a must, Excel, Windows, Word and company software.
Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm or as needed.
