Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:
1. Manage and grow social media channels with engaging, high-quality content tailored to affluent audiences.
2. Manage email campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
3. Optimize website content and listings for SEO to drive traffic and visibility.
Property Marketing:
1. Coordinate the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including property brochures, YouTube, virtual tours, and videos.
2. Oversee professional photography, videography, and staging for listings.
3. Plan and execute exclusive open houses and events to showcase properties.
Advertising & Outreach:
1. Develop paid ad campaigns across digital and print platforms to target luxury buyers.
