We are hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive for Chicago Title in the Dayton, Ohio market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead generation, conducting presentations and appointments, and balancing fieldwork with in-office responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic understanding of computer programs, experience using and maintaining a CRM, proficiency in social media and digital marketing and AI.
- Goal-oriented with teamwork and collaboration essential for success.
- Learn and demonstrate various value-added resource products offered to clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy continuous learning and change, and be comfortable with technology.
- Public speaking skills are a plus.
- Attendance at some after-hours networking events is expected.
